Myself, Gabi Stroobants together with , Hanlie de Waal, property consultant and owner/principal of Hanlie Properties Paarl have taken a joint venture to open up Hanlie Properties Kuilsriver. I have 23yrs Banking experience with 17yrs being at Management and Regional Management Level. I have a NQF Level 6 qualification and have won various Sales and Management awards. An article has also been published about me in the Sales Guru Magazine. Although we are an independent real estate company, we have all the infrastructure necessary to provide a professional and effective service to our clients. We have the benefit to personalise our service and to negotiate a commission structure to suit all our clients. Our mission is to work hard and enjoy what we do and be therefore professional in our approach towards our clients. We want to live up to the highest standard of the property service that every human is entitled to. Our logo reflects our attitude towards our clients and work : "Personalised service!".
